Meet Patrícia Araújo, the talented Brazilian actress and model, also known as Patrícia Oliveira. Born on March 11, 1982 as Felipe Silva de Araújo, she has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry. Though Araújo has had a diverse career, you may also recognize her as a former pornographic actress.

Araújo, a Brazilian native, was raised in a middle-class family on Governador Island, Rio de Janeiro. In her early teenage years, at the age of 12, Araújo shared a kiss with a classmate within the school premises, which sparked unnecessary rumors and brought unwanted attention from the school board. Sadly, the supervisor’s intentions were not to help, but to persecute Araújo, leading her to reveal her sexuality out of hopes of receiving support. However, the result was quite the opposite, leading to her being expelled from school as a 7th grader in 1997.

After the incident, Araújo revealed to her evangelical parents, Severino and Terezinha Araújo, that she identified as a woman and was attracted to men. Despite her brother’s disapproval and desire to expel her from the family, her parents provided unwavering support.

Araújo, a multi-talented individual, graced the catwalks of Rio Fashion Week in 2009. She also showcased her acting skills in Brazilian television miniseries, A Lei e o Crime, and the telenovela, Luz do Sol, both of which aired on Rede Record. Additionally, she was featured in the magazine A Gata da Hora, where she posed alongside model Pamela Sanches in April 2009.
